This exciting conversion is being dev-eloped, built and marketed by Triumphal Developments Inc. The partners bring their unique perspective to projects and over the past ten years have creatively converted urban buildings into modern loft spaces.

The existing building’s character is preserved and incorporated into the redesign. Contemporary space planning, quality finishes and materials and sensitivity to modern living requirements are a signature of Triumphal Developments. Past projects include St. John’s Lofts and Medland Lofts in the neighbourhood of The Junction - High Park.

Paul Oberst brings his expertise to this project. For more than twenty-five years he has been designing in the Toronto area. His extensive knowledge of historic buildings, their materials and finishes, combined with his extensive experience in loft conversions make him singularly qualified for this project.

Past projects include Medland Lofts, The Bank Lofts, and Kensington Market Lofts. He has worked on heritage conservation plans for the communities of Collingwood Downtown, Village of Maple and Thornhill Markham.
